...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN PHILLIPS AND SOUTHEASTERN
SEDGWICK COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 730 PM MDT...

THE STORM WHICH PROMPTED THE WARNING HAS MOVED OUT OF THE AREA.
THEREFORE THE WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.  HOWEVER HEAVY RAIN
AND MINOR FLOODING IS STILL POSSIBLE WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM.  DO NOT
DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED AREAS.
