SINGLE DIGITS ON EITHER SIDE OF ZERO. LOWS TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO
THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW...TO THE TEENS BELOW ZERO. WIND CHILL
VALUES OF 25 BELOW...TO 35 DEGREES BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT
THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
