THERE IS A WEAK UPPER LOW NEAR THE SOUTHEAST TEXAS COAST AND
TROPICAL STORM ODILE IN BAJA CALIFORNIA. THESE SYSTEMS WILL
BRING ABUNDANT MOISTURE AND SCATTERED SHOWERS TO TEXAS FOR THE
NEXT FEW DAYS. THERE IS NOT A STRONG FOCUS FOR THIS ACTIVITY
SO TO PIN POINT WHERE THE HEAVIEST RAIN WILL FALL WILL BE
DIFFICULT.
