* WHAT...Another round will begin tonight becoming heavy at
  times. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow
  accumulations of 6 to 11 inches are expected in the most
  persistent lake snows tonight.

* WHERE...Oswego county.

* WHEN...Lake Effect Snow Warning, 10 PM today to 1 PM Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will
  cause areas of blowing and drifting snow. Be prepared for
  reduced visibilities at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling, be
prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
