 * LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL
   CONTINUE TO EXPAND IN COVERAGE AND INCREASE IN INTENSITY
   THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT. THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED FROM
   MIDNIGHT TO 9 AM FRIDAY.

 * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS GENERALLY 4 TO 8 INCHES BY LATE FRIDAY.
   LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE.

 * WIND CHILLS 10 ABOVE TO 15 ABOVE ZERO.

IMPACTS...

 * BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL CAUSE HAZARDOUS DRIVING
   CONDITIONS ON SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY ROADS ESPECIALLY FROM
   LATE THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

 * SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED IN THE
   HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS.

 * THE FRIDAY MORNING COMMUTE WILL LIKELY BE ADVERSELY AFFECTED
