...WIND CHILL ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a Wind
Chill Advisory, which is in effect until 1 PM CST this afternoon.

* TIMING...Dangerous wind chills will continue through early
  afternoon.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...8 to 13 degrees.

* MAIN IMPACT...Low wind chills may result in frostbite in as
  little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors, make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
