* BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO ZERO AT TIMES.

* WINDS...SOUTH AT 30 TO 40 MPH GUSTING TO 55 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE THIS EVENING AND
  CONDITIONS WILL DETERIORATE OVERNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE VERY POOR AND SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE
  INTO DRIFTS. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS SHOULD BE EXPECTED. TRAVEL AND
