THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA/VALLEY HAS ALLOWED THE
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY TO EXPIRE AT 7 PM CDT.

A PERSISTENT BAND OF SNOW FROM NEAR COLUMBUS AND DAVID CITY
THROUGH WEST POINT AND PENDER WAS DECREASING IN INTENSITY THIS
EVENING. VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO IMPROVE AND
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS TAPER OFF. HOWEVER ANOTHER HALF INCH TO AN INCH
OF SNOW COULD FALL IN ISOLATED SPOTS BEFORE THE SNOW ENDS LATER
THIS EVENING. SOME ROADS COULD STILL BE SLICK FROM PREVIOUS
SNOWS...SO DRIVERS SHOULD REMAIN CAUTIOUS WHILE ON THE ROADS
THROUGH THE EVENING.
