...ANOTHER WINTER SYSTEM TO MOVE ACROSS THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST
TODAY WITH HEAVY MOUNTAIN SNOW...

.A storm will move across the region today with additional snow
for the higher terrain areas. Heaviest snow expected over the
Cascades and Blues. Gusty winds as well today with some blowing
and drifting snow with reduced visibility.

  3 inches in the John Day Basin are expected.

* WHERE...Dayville, John Day, Mitchell, Monument, Bend, Madras,
  Prineville, and Redmond.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times. Gusty winds may cause local blowing or drifting of the
