STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN
EFFECT FROM 6 AM SUNDAY TO MIDNIGHT MST SUNDAY NIGHT. THE WINTER
STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* IMPACTS...HEAVY SNOW WILL PRODUCE DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS.
  AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW MAY SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES ON
  MOUNTAIN PASSES AND ROADWAYS.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN SUNDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE
  EVENING. THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR IN THE
