IOWA...WEST CENTRAL IOWA...EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA...NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA AND SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE FORECAST TO SPREAD INTO THE REGION DURING
THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS...THEN WIDESPREAD SHOWERS
WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT.
SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED DUE TO LIMITED INSTABILITY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THERE WILL BE A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SUNDAY
THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT... THEN AGAIN WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY.
LIGHTNING AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS OF RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY OF THESE
STORMS.

THE PERIODIC CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THE
WEEKEND AND INTO NEXT WEEK IS DUE TO AREAS OF LOW PRESSURE MOVING
ACROSS THE ROCKIES AND INTO THE PLAINS.
