THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST
IOWA...WEST CENTRAL IOWA...EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA...NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA AND SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE STORMS BEGINNING THIS EVENING...GENERALLY
IN AREAS ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80. DAMAGING WINDS AND
LARGE HAIL WILL BE THE PRIMARY THREATS...ALONG WITH HEAVY RAIN.

A WEAK FRONT ACROSS NORTHEAST NEBRASKA WILL BE THE MAIN FOCUS FOR
THE DEVELOPMENT OF THUNDERSTORMS THIS EVENING. INSTABILITY WILL BE
SUFFICIENT AND LOW LEVEL WIND SHEAR WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE
EVENING TO AID IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. STORMS
ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT AS THEY DRIFT OFF TO
THE NORTHEAST. WITH THE POTENTIAL SLOW MOVEMENT OF
STORMS...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE ENDING THURSDAY MORNING IN EAST CENTRAL
NEBRASKA AND WEST CENTRAL IOWA. MORE STORMS ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
AFTERNOON THURSDAY AS A WARM FRONT LIFTS NORTH THROUGH THE AREA.
AREAS NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80 ARE THE MOST LIKELY TO SEE STORMS
THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND OVERNIGHT BEFORE THE FRONT MOVES NORTH OF
NEBRASKA.

MORE THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY BEGINNING FRIDAY NIGHT...BUT
ESPECIALLY SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT...AS A STRONG STORM SYSTEM
MOVES THROUGH THE REGION. HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
THUNDERSTORMS.
