THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST
IOWA...WEST CENTRAL IOWA...EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA...NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA AND SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE TOWARD LATE AFTERNOON WITH ACTIVITY
MAINLY ISOLATED IN NATURE SOUTH OF I-80...AND SCATTERED ELSEWHERE
OVER THE OUTLOOK AREA. THUNDERSTORM CHANCES CONTINUE THEN THROUGH
THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. AT THIS POINT...THE RISK OF SEVERE STORM
DEVELOPMENT IS MARGINAL AT BEST DURING THIS TIME. HOWEVER...IF ANY
ISOLATED SEVERE STORMS DO DEVELOP IT WOULD MOST LIKELY OCCUR OVER
NORTHEAST NEBRASKA WITH LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING THE PRIMARY
THREATS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS SUNDAY AFTERNOON IN
SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST IOWA AS A COLD FRONT MOVES
THROUGH THE AREA. THEN AS THAT FRONT LIFTS BACK NORTH ON
MONDAY...MORE STORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS ALL OF EASTERN NEBRASKA
AND WESTERN IOWA. THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE FOR SEVERE STORMS DURING
EACH OF THESE PERIODS.

THEN THERE WILL BE A DAILY CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THE REST OF THE
WEEK TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AS SEVERAL WEATHER IMPULSES MOVE
ACROSS THE REGION.

SPOTTERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REPORT SEVERE WEATHER IF IT DEVELOPS
IN YOUR AREA. SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE NEEDED THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING...ESPECIALLY IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA AND WEST CENTRAL
IOWA.
