THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST
IOWA...WEST CENTRAL IOWA...EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA...NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA AND SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT AND TUESDAY

Scattered thunderstorms are expected in southeast Nebraska into
southwest Iowa this evening, spreading northward through eastern
Nebraska and western Iowa tonight. Severe weather is not likely,
but storms could contain locally heavy rainfall, especially
because they will move slowly over some of the same areas. A few
thunderstorms may linger through Tuesday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY

Thunderstorms are expected to move across eastern Nebraska and
western Iowa from Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning.
Storms may be strong to severe, with damaging winds and large hail
the main threats. In addition, thunderstorms may produce very heavy
rainfall, which could create localized flooding concerns.

Chances for on and off thunderstorms return on Friday through
Sunday.

Spotter activation will not be needed tonight or Tuesday.
