MORNING. AS THE THUNDERSTORMS LIFT NORTHEAST...THEY WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING.
SOME OF THE RAINFALL RATES ARE AN INCH OR TWO AN HOUR. WIND GUSTS
OF 25 TO 45 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED WITH SOME OF THE STORMS.
