VISIBILITIES TO DROP TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS ACROSS PARTS OF
EASTERN NEBRASKA. THE ADVISORY AREA IS GENERALLY WEST OF A LINE
FROM NEBRASKA CITY TO WAHOO TO NORFOLK. LOW VISIBILITIES IN DENSE
FOG ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE UNTIL MID MORNING.
