* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...TEMPERATURES ARE IN THE MID TO UPPER 20S. THIS COULD
  RESULT IN SOME SLICK ROADS...ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.
