SUBJECT: Change in flood stages within the Salt Creek Watershed

Flood stages along Stevens Creek and Rock Creek are being raised to
better reflect when flooding begins. These changse are also being
made to better define flood impacts at high river stage values.

Here is a summary of the proposed changes:

(CERN1) Rock Creek near Ceresco:
Previous Action Stage:     20.0 FT  New Action Stage:     21.0 FT
Previous Minor Stage:      22.0 FT  New Minor Stage:      23.0 FT
Previous Moderate Stage:   24.0 FT  New Moderate Stage:   25.5 FT
Previous Major Stage:      26.0 FT  New Major Stage:      28.0 FT

(LVNN1) Stevens Creek near Lincoln:
Previous Action Stage:     13.0 FT   New Action Stage:    15.0 FT
Previous Minor Stage:      15.0 FT   New Minor Stage:     16.5 FT
Previous Moderate Stage:  Undefined  New Moderate Stage:  20.0 FT
Previous Major Stage:     Undefined  New Major Stage:     21.5 FT
