AS CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO THE REGION...WINDS WILL START
TO DIMINISH...BUT A GOOD DEAL OF CLOUDS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE
DAY.  THIS HIGH WILL ALSO BRING SEASONABLY COOL AIR TO THE REGION
FOR THE REST OF THE WORK WEEK. THE NEXT CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION WILL
COME ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY WITH A CHANCE OF LIGHT SNOW TO
MAINLY SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST IOWA...AS WELL AS POINTS TO
THE SOUTH.

HIGH TEMPERATURES FOR THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE IN THE MID TO UPPER
20S. LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM AROUND 15 TO 20 OVER EASTERN
KANSAS...TO ZERO TO 5 BELOW ZERO OVER EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA.
