Weather Summary for Eastern Nebraska and Southwest Iowa

Extensive high level clouds covered eastern Nebraska and western
Iowa during the afternoon with rain and showers from northeast
Colorado into southern Kansas. This area of rain will move east
tonight and Saturday as an upper level system tracks toward the
lower Ohio Valley. Clouds will decrease across the area tonight with
clearing spreading south on Saturday. Cool temperatures will be
widespread across the region tonight with warmer conditions
returning over the weekend.

Low temperatures tonight will range from the lower 30s in the
western high plains to the lower 40s in southeast Nebraska into
eastern Kansas and across much of Missouri. Highs on Saturday will
be mainly in the 60s.
