Weather Summary for Eastern Nebraska and Southwest Iowa

As a cold front sweeps through eastern Nebraska and western Iowa, a
line of showers and thunderstorms also is moving through across
western Iowa toward southeast Nebraska. The showers and storms
should move quickly, lasting only a brief time over any given
location and exiting the area by around 6 PM. Gusty northwest winds
follow behind, along with clearing skies, and winds will decrease
overnight. Lows tonight will fall into the mid 30s to mid 40s.
Mostly clear skies and fair weather are expected on Sunday, with
west winds in the afternoon increasing to around 15 to 20 mph. High
temperatures on Sunday will reach the mid 60s to around 70 degrees.
