CHILLY CONDITIONS THEN WILL CONTINUE ON THURSDAY.

REGIONALLY...LOWS TONIGHT WILL BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS. ON
THURSDAY...HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE LOW 30S OVER IOWA AND MINNESOTA
TO THE MID 40S OVER THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE AND WESTERN KANSAS.
