THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK...BRINGING PERIODS OF PRECIPITATION
MAINLY TO THE DAKOTAS...MINNESOTA AND NORTHERN IOWA.  FIRST IN THE
SERIES...A DISTURBANCE DROPPING OUT OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL
RESULT IN INCREASING CLOUD COVER WITH A MIX OF LIGHT RAIN AND LIGHT
SNOW MAINLY ACROSS THE DAKOTAS...WESTERN MINNESOTA AND NORTHERN IOWA
THROUGH TONIGHT.

HIGH TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON..MID 20S TO MID 30S MINNESOTA AND
NORTH DAKOTA...TO THE MID 50S EASTERN KANSAS.  LOWS TONIGHT...TEENS
NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA AND NEBRASKA PANHANDLE...TO THE LOWER 30S
SOUTHEAST THIRD OF MISSOURI.  FOR EASTERN NEBRASKA AND WESTERN
IOWA...HIGHS IN THE 40S AND LOWS UPPER 20S.
