Weather Summary for Eastern Nebraska and Southwest Iowa

An upper level weather system over the Missouri River Valley will
continue to shift into the Mid-Mississippi River Valley. With this
weather system in the area, we will see considerable cloudiness and a
few spotty showers. The clouds will keep temperatures down with below
normal highs in the mid and upper 60s.

Tonight, attention turns to the storm system over the western u.s.
Ahead of this storm system...moisture will stream northward across
Texas into the Western Plains. The weather pattern will tend to
focus scattered thunderstorms over the Western Plains and parts of
the Rockies.  Lows tonight will be in the upper 40s and 50s.
