Weather Summary for Eastern Nebraska and Southwest Iowa

Low pressure will continue to move from eastern Kansas into central
Iowa this afternoon and tonight, then towards the western Great
Lakes Region on Monday. This system will bring a variety of weather
across the region with snow in the west, and thunderstorms in the
south and east. As the storm system moves east of the area tonight,
snow will spread into much of northeast Nebraska, with a rain snow
mix expected as far east as the Nebraska and Iowa border by Monday
morning. The winter like conditions will be short lived however,
with warmer temperatures returning on Monday.

High temperatures this afternoon will range from the mid to upper
30s in western Kansas through central Nebraska, to the 50s to mid
60s for South Dakota, eastern Kansas and much of Missouri. Lows
tonight will be in the lower 30s to lower 40s.
