MISSOURI VALLEY REGIONS TONIGHT AND SUNDAY.  A LARGE AREA OF RAIN
AND SNOW MIXED SPREAD ACROSS A LARGE PART OF NEBRASKA...KANSAS...
IOWA AND MISSOURI ON SATURDAY...BEFORE CHANGING OVER TO ALL SNOW
ACROSS NEBRASKA AND IOWA DURING THE EVENING HOURS.  LOOK FOR THE
SNOW TO INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY TONIGHT.  SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS BY SUNDAY AFTERNOON COULD RANGE FROM AN INCH OR SO IN
WESTERN NEBRASKA TO 6 TO 12 INCHES FOR MOST OF IOWA.  WINTER WEATHER
ADVISORIES AND WINTER STORM WARNINGS HAVE BEEN POSTED FOR TONIGHT
AND SUNDAY FOR NORTH...CENTRAL AND EASTERN NEBRASKA...ACROSS
SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...SOUTHERN MINNESOTA...NORTHERN MISSOURI AND
MOST OF IOWA.  ON SUNDAY IN ADDITION TO THE CONTINUED SNOWFALL...
GUSTY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA...RESULTING IN REDUCED
VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...AND FRIGID WIND CHILLS TO
FOR THE DAKOTAS AND MINNESOTA.


LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT... WILL RANGE FROM 18 BELOW NORTHEAST NORTH
DAKOTA...TO AROUND 40 IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI.  HIGHS ON SUNDAY...
WILL STRUGGLE TO RECOVER AS GUSTY NORTH WINDS ARRIVE KEEPING
