CHILL VALUES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS FOR MUCH OF THE DAY WHILE HIGH
TEMPERATURES REMAIN IN THE UPPER TEENS TO 20S.

OVERNIGHT LOW TEMPERATURES WILL DROP INTO SINGLE DIGITS BOTH BELOW
AND ABOVE ZERO AS ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS TOWARD THE AREA.
