...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN PERRY AND CAPE
GIRARDEAU COUNTIES THROUGH 330 PM CDT...
At 242 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Daisy to near Millersville to near
Bollinger Mill State Historic Site. Movement was east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Bollinger Mill State Historic Site,
Gordonville, Burfordville, Daisy, Millersville, Oak Ridge,
Pocahontas, and Old Appleton.
This includes Interstate 55 between Mile Markers 93 and 119.
