.DISCUSSION...

Main story today is continued dry conditions ahead of a clipper
system that will provide cloud cover and some recovery of RH later
this afternoon. Chances for rain at the site is low, but could
see some sprinkles early this afternoon. Little to no accumulation
is expected. Winds will remain out of the southwest today, with
winds at 10-15 mph and gusts up to 20 mph. Some cooler air could
flow onshore from Lake Winnibigoshish to the southwest, which
could temper high temperatures by a couple degrees.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain showers late in the afternoon.
