MORNING...ESPECIALLY NEAR THE TENNESSEE RIVER OR OTHER LOCATIONS
WHERE SKIES HAVE SOMEWHAT CLEARED. THE FOG SHOULD BURN OFF QUICKLY
AFTER SUNRISE.
