            AN NWS STORM SURVEY FOUND A 1 MILE LONG BY 1 MILE WIDE
            MICROBURST WITH WINDS ESTIMATED AROUND 75 MPH STRUCK
            PORTLAND. THE ROOF OF A DUGOUT AT PORTLAND HIGH SCHOOL
            WAS BLOWN OFF. TREES...POWER POLES AND LINES WERE
            KNOCKED DOWN ON COLLEGE STREET WITH ONE POLE FALLING ON
            A CAR. A TREE FELL ON A HOUSE AND CAR ON MORNINGSIDE
            DRIVE. SEVERAL BUILDINGS AT PORTLAND BUILDERS SUPPLY AT
            MORNINGSIDE DRIVE AND BROADWAY WERE DAMAGED.
