.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure centered over the outer waters about
180 nm E of Cape Hatteras early this morning, will move E of the
central waters today then move NE of the northern waters tonight.
A trailing cold front over the southern waters will pass SE of
the area this morning. Weak high pressure will build over the
waters tonight into Sun behind the low before weak low pressure
and cold front push offshore from the Mid- Atlantic coast Sun and
Sun night. The front will clear E of the area Sun night as high
pressure builds in across the area Sun night and Mon. The high
will shift E of the waters Mon night and Tue ahead of the next
approaching cold front. Low pressure and a cold front will
approach the Mid- Atlantic coast Tue night, then track NE across
the waters Wed and Wed night. The low will reach the NE portion
late Wed night while the trailing cold front moves into the outer
waters.
