.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Intensifying low pressure
centered about 300 nm E of Cape Hatteras will move N and NE along
the eastern portion of the waters today. The strong low will then
move NE away from the region tonight and Wed. Mariners planning
to be in this area should execute avoidance plans. A cold front
will move off the New Jersey and Delmarva coasts Wed into Wed
night. The cold front will continue moving S and SE across the
central waters Wed night into Thu, and then will stall across the
S waters Thu night and Fri before dissipating Fri night. High
pressure will gradually build S and SE across the waters Fri
through Sat night.
