.DISCUSSION...While the vast majority of northern Michigan is
expected to be precipitation-free today, isolated to scattered
shower and thunderstorm development is possible this afternoon --
primarily near and south of the Grand Traverse Bay region, including
parts of the Huron National Forest. Winds out of the northeast
today, occasionally breezy at times, aiding to keep temperatures
from rising much above the upper 50s to the low 60s area-wide.
Similar temperatures for Friday with winds turning out of the
northwest.
