.DISCUSSION...It will be mostly cloudy through this afternoon with
a chance of rain and snow showers until 1500.  After 1500 there will
be a slight chance of rain and snow showers.  Minimum humidity will
be around 35%.  Winds will be west at 18-24 mph with gusts up to
35 mph.  Smoke disperal will be very good.

For tonight it will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of
thunderstorms and snow showers until 2100, then a chance of snow
showers.  Maximum humidity will be around 85%.  Winds will be west
at 13-17 mph with gusts up to 28 mph until 2100, then southwest 7 to
11 mph.  Smoke dispersal will be very good until 1900, then poor.
