...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by high flows and impounded water from ice
  jams  continues.

* WHERE...The following area, Kuskokwim River and Browns Slough at
  Bethel and surrounding areas.

* WHEN...Until noon AKDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Widespread lowland flooding, including businesses, low
  structures and over roadways, is now occurring.  Additional rises
  may have further impacts on transpiration or infrastructure. Tidal
  influences on the Kuskokwim River this evening could cause
  additional river rises in the Bethel area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 249 PM AKDT, the River Watch Team reported flooding on the
    Kuskokwim River and Browns Slough caused by impounded water
    from ice jams on the Kuskokwim River. The high water related
    to these jams extended several miles upstream and additional
    rises are possible in Bethel.

  - For Kuskokwim River at Bethel:
    At 2:45pm the stage was 11.03 feet.
    Flood Stage is 8.5 feet.
    Additional rises may be possible from tides.
