...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY
THROUGH 330 PM EDT...

At 237 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Greenwich, or 8 miles west of Salem, moving north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Hudson Falls, Salem, Fort Edward, Granville, Hartford, Greenwich,
Comstock, Kingsbury, Mount Hope, Northumberland, Schuylerville,
Victory, Fort Ann, Argyle, Cossayuna, Dunham Basin, Smiths Basin,
Center Falls, Goose Island, and Adamsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
