This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Freezing to near freezing temperatures east of the Mississippi
tonight. Precautions should be taken to protect cold sensitive
plants.

Elevated fire weather conditions are possible today with relative
humidities around 20 to 25% across the region. Lighter winds are
expected which will reduce the threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Elevated fire weather conditions are expected on Thursday with
breezy southeast winds around 15 to 25 mph and relative
humidities around 25% as temperatures warm into the 60s. Use
caution if burning.

Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected Friday
through the weekend. A few storms could be strong to severe Friday
afternoon and again on Sunday.
