.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry once again today with ridge of high pressure
in place. The inversion that has set up this morning is expected
to break between 9 and 10 am with winds increasing and shifting
out of the southwest, especially by this afternoon. Dry airmass
remains in place with RH dropping below 35 percent through the
afternoon. Increasing clouds tonight expected to prevent fog from
developing overnight.
