channel out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Strong to very strong offshore flow expected this afternoon
through Thursday morning. Winds becoming weak offshore Thursday
afternoon, then weak onshore Thursday night. Weak to moderate
onshore flow Friday. Weak to moderate onshore flow will then
persist through the weekend then become moderate to strong Monday
night. Onshore flow then returns to weak to moderate Tuesday
through the end of the period.
