* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Water affects 157th St on the west side of
  Fraser.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.3 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early tomorrow
    afternoon.
