Overall dry weather and warmer temperatures are expected across the
area the couple of days...with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies.
High temperatures for today are expected to range from the mid 50s
in the north to near 70 in the south...with south to southwesterly
winds between 10 to 20 MPH...with the strongest speeds expected
across southern areas. Friday will again have highs ranging from the
mid 50s in the north to near 70 in the south...with a frontal
boundary switching winds to the northwest through the day. Speeds of
15 to 20 MPH are expected. A few sprinkles or flurries cannot be
totally ruled out late Friday night across far western portions of
the area. The daytime hours on Saturday are expected to be
dry...with rain chances starting to spread across the area Saturday
night into Sunday. Rain chances also continue into Monday...with the
potential for some snow to mix in across northwestern portions of
the forecast area. Highs this weekend are expected to reach the 50s
to low to mid 60s...before another cold front starts dropping
temperatures into Monday. Winds this weekend look to be generally
easterly...with speeds anywhere from 10 to 20 MPH. Gusty north winds
of 20 to 25 MPH are expected on Monday behind that passing frontal
boundary.
