.DISCUSSION...

Moderate southerly winds are expected again for today with
sustained winds around 15 mph and gusts up to 20 mph at times.
Slight chance of isolated showers and storms this afternoon
as a cold front stalls out to our west. Low level moisture
remains elevated throughout the week with minimum RH values
generally around or above 55 percent. There is potential for
patchy fog to develop tonight into early Wednesday morning as
winds subside. Winds on Wednesday will be southeasterly and
generally around or less than 10 mph throughout the day.
