...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN COWLEY AND
NORTHWESTERN CHAUTAUQUA COUNTIES THROUGH 800 PM CDT...

At 727 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hardy, or 13 miles east of Arkansas City, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cedar Vale, Dexter, Cambridge, and Maple City.
