...Preliminary Storm Survey Scheduled for this morning for the
portions of southwest Louisiana...

The National Weather Service office in Lake Charles LA will
conduct a storm survey around this morning for the areas in
Calcasieu,Cameron and Jeff Davis Parishes Louisiana. The survey
is in relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved through the
area on 4/10/2024.

A final assessment including results of the survey are expected
to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information
Statement this afternoon.

The storm survey information will also be available on our
website at http://www.weather.gov/lch
