The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...

  Nearshore Waters from Winthrop Harbor to Calumet Harbor...
  Open Waters from Winthrop Harbor to Michigan City out to Mid
Lake...

* Until 930 AM CDT.

* At 802 AM CDT, a gusty thunderstorm was located near Ohare
  Airport, or 14 nm west of Montrose Harbor, moving northeast at 20
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Automated observations. A wind gust of 39 kt was measured
           at Chicago OHare Airport and a wind gust of 34 kt was
           measured at DuPage Airport with the gusty thunderstorm.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Harrison-Dever Crib, Calumet Harbor, Wilmette Harbor, 31st Street
  Harbor, Montrose Harbor, Monroe Harbor, Belmont Harbor, Burnham
  Harbor, 59th Street Marina, Jackson Park Harbor, Diversy Harbor,
  and DuSable Harbor.
