...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of the Panhandle of Texas, including the
  following counties, Briscoe and Hall.

* WHEN...Until 630 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 550 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicates that the nearly
    stationary severe thunderstorm north of Turkey continues to
    produce extremely heavy rain along with other forms of severe
    weather. The heaviest rain is along parts of US highway 70.
    Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
