  North central Hale County in northwestern Texas...
  Swisher County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Western Briscoe County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 425 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles west of
  Kress, or 13 miles southwest of Tulia, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Tulia, Kress, and Edmonson.
