The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  South central Perry County in central Arkansas...
  Garland County in central Arkansas...
  Western Saline County in central Arkansas...
  Northeastern Hot Spring County in southwestern Arkansas...

* Until 145 AM CDT.

* At 1256 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Rockwell, or
  7 miles west of Hot Springs, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 AM CDT for central and
southwestern Arkansas.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 AM CDT for central and
southwestern Arkansas.
