This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Winds will become strong and gusty over some of the higher
elevations and foothills of the east Tennessee mountains tonight.
See the wind advisory for more details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Winds will be strong and gusty over some of the higher elevations
and foothills of the east Tennessee mountains Monday. A High Wind
Watch will be in effect for 5pm Monday through Tuesday afternoon.

In addition, relative humidity values will be quite low Monday
afternoon, leading to elevated fire weather concern especially in
the areas with the stronger winds.
