.DISCUSSION...Longwave upper level troughing continues with high temperatures
in the upper 60`s to low 70`s. Expect fair daytime minimum
relative humidities and fair overnight relative humidity
recoveries on Wednesday and Thursday. Daytime minimum RH values
will increase from around 30 percent on Wednesday to 40 percent on
Thursday with fair overnight recoveries between 71 to 75 percent.
Moderate northwest winds continue through the period with gusts
up to 20 mph beginning late Thursday afternoon through the end of
the forecast period.
